Contract Formation: An order placement constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed when we send a shipping confirmation email.
Availability: All books are subject to availability. If a title is out of print or out of stock after you order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a manifest pricing error, we are not obligated to honor the incorrect price.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Estimates: Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.
Risk of Loss: For physical books, the risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
International Orders: You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country.

5. Returns and Refunds (Physical Books)

Policy: You may return physical books in their original, unread condition within 2 days of delivery.
Exceptions: Signed editions, limited “collector” sets, or items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
