1. Physical Books
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your book arrives damaged or is not what you expected, the following rules apply:
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition: Books must be in their original, unread, and mint condition. If a book shows signs of use (e.g., creased spine, marked pages), we reserve the right to refuse the refund. Return
- Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or damaged during transit), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Digital Products (E-books & Softcopies)
Due to the immediate access provided by digital downloads:
- No Refunds: All sales of e-books and digital assets are final.
- Technical Issues: If you experience a technical problem with a download link or a corrupted file, please contact us within 7 days, and we will provide a replacement link or file.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Signed or personalized editions.
- Bulk orders (more than 10 copies of a single title).
- Items purchased during a “Clearance” or “Final Sale” event.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned physical item:
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the damaged book immediately. Contact our support team at [Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a free replacement.
